TCAP held a signing ceremony on May 23, 2025, to commemorate the amalgamation with Toyota Tsusho Mobility Informatics Thailand (TTMI-TH). 

The amalgamation officially took effect on March 31, 2025.

This event marked a significant milestone in TCAP’s growth and its integration under TOYOTA Connected Corporation, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening its business foundation and expanding future opportunities.
